Once you’ve completed batches in Factbird, you can go back and analyze their performance in detail.

Completed batches appear on the batch page, making it easy to review past production runs.

To start analyzing, expand a completed batch by clicking the arrow next to it. You’ll see key details such as:

  • Batch number and product information
  • Planned vs. actual start and stop times
  • Planned vs. produced amount
  • Scrap figures (a manual or sensor based input)
  • Expected and actual speeds

This overview gives you a quick sense of how the batch performed against its plan.

For deeper insights, you can open batch-specific views across Factbird:

  • Live Graph to visualize production flow during the batch.
  • Analytics and downtime analysis to review stops and interruptions.
  • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to measure efficiency for that batch.
  • Controls to see any checks or quality actions linked to the batch.

When opening production analytics from a batch page, the data is from that specific batch, so you can evaluate performance at a detailed level and find it simpler to identify areas for improvement.

By analyzing batches in Factbird, you can see exactly how production runs compare to plan, understand downtime and efficiency drivers, and continuously improve batch performance.
