View activity execution insights in Factbird

Once operators have completed Activities in Factbird’s Connected Operations app, you can analyze the results in the Reporting section of the Activities page. This gives you visibility into how tasks are being executed and whether they meet required standards.

Reviewing activity results

The reporting view shows:

  • How many Activities have passed or failed in the selected time span.
  • Details for individual results, such as weight measurements or operator comments.

Example: if an in-line quality check fails, you can see the recorded value (e.g., 88g) and compare it against acceptable limits.

You can adjust the time horizon with the calendar tool, review the last eight hours, a full shift, or a longer period to see trends in execution.

Filtering reports

Use the Filters button to focus on specific data:

  • By batch
  • By location
  • By status (passed or failed)
  • By activity name

This allows you to drill down into individual checks (e.g., only shift start checklists) or see performance across batches or sites.

Why it matters

Analyzing execution insights helps you:

  • Identify recurring failures that may need attention.
  • Verify that SOPs and quality checks are being completed consistently.
  • Compare results across time periods, batches, or locations.

By using activity reporting in Factbird, you close the loop and ensure not just that Activities are created and completed, but also that the outcomes are visible, measurable, and actionable.
