1. Insert the CD / DVD Windows XP, if the menu appears, on the cover alone.

2. Restart the computer

3. When the motherboard logo appears, enter the config (press Del, or F2, or F4, depending on the type BIOSnya), set the first boot to CD / DVD-ROM. Note: On certain motherboards usually have a boot menu that allows you to boot from a specific hardware without the need to enter the BIOS config.

4. After that usually there is writing, “Press any key to boot from CD.” Press the Space Bar.

6. After detecting previous OS version, there is usually a choice of repair or do not repair. Choose which do not repair.

7. After that will appear HDD connected to the PC.

8. Delete the existing partition.

9. Create a new partition. The number and size of the partition depends on your needs.

10. The next step, press enter at the destination drive and install Windows XP you will be presented a menu formatting. We recommend using NTFS, because of compatibility issues and security (NTFS partition system has support for data compression better and encrypt the data), and even more (I think) more quickly.

11. Wait until the format and process data into pengcopyan HDD finished.

12. Restart the computer.

13. Setting your computer to boot from the HDD again.

14. Up here you have 80 per cent in the Windows XP installation process.

15. Follow the next instruction (setting the clock, language settings, ect) until finally you will be required to restart and so far the installation process is complete.

16. When finished, it will be asked screensaver settings, and then fill in the user name your computer, connect to the Internet, up date software, your computer fire wall.

17. After all the above steps completed, then the next step is to install the software you want to use, such as music player, video player, and software that you use frequently.

1. Backup important data, My Documents, music, pic, videos, ect.
2. Data backup schedule, calendar, meetings, appointments, ect.
3. Backup your favorite website bookmarks.
4. Backup software settings.
5. Setting up the CD and the installation files and software drivers.

2. By using TV Tuner Card or other Video Capturing Devices :

This option is relatively easier than the first one. By this method the DVR box is directly connected to the PC’s capture device or TV tuner card. But the quality of recording may be lower by this method. Also TV tuner cards are cheaper and are available for laptops as well using the USB  technology.

The TV Tuner cards are supplied by number of companies and are easy to install. TV tuner card is connected to the PCI slot of a Desktop computer. It is to be noted that an Internal TV tuner card is required for recording. Some laptops contain built in tv tuner cards which are capable of recording video.

The Nucleus

The nucleus is the largest cell’s organelle. It is wrapped with two membranes. The outer membrane continues to the endoplasmic reticulum and belongs to the cytoplasm, while the inner membrane belongs to the nucleus and along its walls there is a layer of proteins that helps to maintain the shape of nucleus. The nucleus is called “the control center of the cell”, because it contains the hereditary information.

During cell division, chromosomes are assigned to the daughter cells. The body cells divide in a process called mitosis – resulting 2 daughter cells with 2n number of chromosomes, but the cell division itself makes a short period of cell’s life, and the period between divisions is called interphase (it leads to the DNA duplication).

Mitochondria are round organelles responsible for cellular respiration and generating ATP energy. The main ingredients of mitochondria are lipids, proteins, ribosomes and several circular molecules of DNA and RNA.

Ribosomes are small cytoplasmic structures in which proteins are synthesized. They can be free in the cytoplasm or related to the endoplasmic reticulum, and are built of a large and a small subunit. There are two sizes of ribosomes: size 70 S and 80 S (“S” represents “Svedberg” – a unit of measure of sedimentation rate).
